Sugar Hollow Reserve — Groundbreaking on the First 3 Aspens 🌲

The first shovels are in the ground. This week, our first three homes at Sugar Hollow Reserve — Aspens 1, 2, and 3 — officially broke ground, and foundations start pouring in just a few days.

It doesn't look like much yet. But this is the moment every great home starts from: a cleared site, a marked footprint, and a plan coming to life. If you've been picturing your future here, this is it — the first physical step toward that view from your porch.

Wheweee! What an incredible couple of days as we officially kicked off the groundbreaking at Sugar Hollow Reserve on Norris Lake, TN!

Yesterday, we hosted a kickoff celebration with our extended team of sales agents, brokers, framers, procurement managers, electricians, plumbers, and many other valued contractors and partners who are helping bring this vision to life.

The purpose of the day was simple: celebrate how far we’ve come and look ahead to where we’re going. It was a fantastic day filled with great conversations about the current real estate market, the building process, and the exciting future of this project.
