Our phase 3 homes are wrapped up and closing this week and next! We still have one Rose floorplan available, which is priced at $284,950.

The same floorplan is now selling in phase 4 for $13k more. This is a great one to jump on if you’ve been on the fence.

It also has one of the nicest remaining yards.

Time for another update!

Phase 2 homes are officially sold out!

In Phase 3, we have just two homes remaining. One is a 3 bedroom Rose plan, the other a 2 bedroom Marigold. Both are slated to wrap up in September.

Phase 4 will not begin until later this Summer, but we are accepting contracts and have already sold two of these.

Things are certainly moving quickly in The Bungalows.

We now have 3 homes in Phase 2 up and framed! If you’ve been wanting to walk through a Goldenrod, Jasmine, or Marigold floorplan… you can now do so to at least get a feel for how the spaces lay out in person.

Phase 2 and 3 are off and running in The Bungalows. Key Homes, LLC has been working hard! Phase 2 is expected to complete in July, and Phase 3 is expected to complete in August or September. We currently have the following options available in these phases.

Jasmine- Sold Out
Marigold- 3 remaining (Phase 2 & 3)
Goldenrod- 1 remaining (Phase 2)
Rose- 1 remaining (Phase 3)
Orchid- 1 remaining (Phase 3)

Our 4th and final phase will begin later this year, details pending on pricing and timeline.

We are so excited to announce that we are officially SOLD OUT in Phase 1! We are hanging onto the home located at 812 Rosemary Lane to use as our model for the duration of the project. You can visit the model on Tuesday afternoons from 3-6pm, or by appointment!

Phase 2 is officially underway, and we already have a lot of interest!

That's a wrap on the Goldenrod plan! We are now sold out of this 2 bedroom floor plan in phase 1. Don't worry though, we still have 7 homes available to choose from. We have both 2 and 3 bedroom plans remaining that range throughout the $200ks.

We will have all homes open to tour Sunday 12/17 from 2-4pm! Stop by and check them out.

You have multiple opportunities to see The Bungalows this week! We will be hosting open hours on Tuesday 12/12 from 3-6pm, as well as Sunday 12/17 from 2-4pm.

The first phase of homes is almost complete, and we have several opportunities for homes ready to move in by the end of the year!

Here is a drone tour of our largest plan, the Orchid. This one is sold, but we have another nearing completion on lot 36.
