The first photo has always made me smile. Fifteen years ago, a retired Navy pilot and former real estate broker relocated from Virginia with a clear vision: a beautifully built single-level home in a wonderful neighborhood, with a pool, palm trees, and every bedroom offering a private bath so family and friends could visit comfortably.
I found exactly that. When I handed him the keys, he smiled and said, “I have 23 more good years left.”
From that day forward, I had the privilege of helping both father and son through multiple real estate transactions while also sharing years of friendship, conversations, laughter, and the occasional homemade pecan pie.
When it was time for the family to sell this home, it was an honor to represent them once again.
