San Diego December 2025 Market Update. Here is what the numbers are actually saying.

Homes are averaging 22 days on market. That tells you buyers are active, but they are not rushing into deals. Pricing right matters more than ever.

923 new listings hit the market and 1,043 homes sold. The good homes are still moving in strong areas with well done marketing presentation and campaigns! The ones that miss the mark are sitting longer-Thats why it’s critical to work with a seasoned agent.

Average sales price is holding at $880,000. San Diego prices are steady, not crashing, not exploding. This is a disciplined market.

If you are buying, strategy matters. If you are selling, presentation and price matter. The old days of testing the market are over.
