One of the things I love about the Greater Palm Springs area? You can spend an afternoon casually wandering into places like Baccarat on El Paseo. ✨

They recently celebrated 260 years of Baccarat crystal, and I learned the coolest little detail while we were there: that iconic red crystal was traditionally created using 24-karat gold in the glassmaking process. ❤️

In some Coachella Valley neighborhoods, we saw prices move way beyond a normal growth pattern during the pandemic-era market. So what we’re seeing now isn’t always a dramatic collapse in value. In many cases, it’s the market settling back into something more realistic.
