Kendall Butler has a sales, leadership and operations background and is responsible for all sales activities for the company. he service offering was dedicated to sales of residential properties. In 2007, operations expanded to include property management services. In 2008, commercial sales and builder services were added as part of the service offering. opened its doors at the peak of the Real Estate market in Troup County. The company has been able to increase its market share each year in the face of a declining market and challenging economic environment. We have operated from downtown LaGrange since we opened our doors in June of 2006. In December of 2009, our current office location of 109 Vernon St was purchased as part of a businesses expansion strategy. 109 Vernon was designed with both the customer and employee in mind- it is a state of the art facility that has been able to retain the charm and character of Historic Downtown LaGrange Georgia.
