Now that 102 Saltmeadow has officially closed, we thought it would be the perfect time to look back at some of the spaces that made this home one of our favorites.

The kitchen was designed to be both beautiful and functional, featuring custom cabinetry, warm white oak flooring, an oversized gathering island, and a layout that flows effortlessly into the living and dining spaces.

As our 2026 Parade Home, this house showcased many of the design elements our clients continue to request most: timeless finishes, thoughtful storage, and spaces designed for everyday living.

One of the most meaningful parts of building a custom home is watching families make it their own long before the finishes ever go in.

Before insulation, drywall, paint, and trim… these homeowners walked through their framing and filled the walls with Scripture, prayers, and verses that matter deeply to their family.

There’s something special about seeing faith woven into the foundation of a home before a single room is complete.

Every element from the dormers to the window placement was intentional. The goal wasn’t to follow a trend, but to create a home that holds its look over time and lives well day to day.
