Let’s break it down what it means for buyers and sellers.

Buyers:That means houses will be more affordable because buyers will be saving thousand of dollars of interest rate every year. buyers will be able to buy Bigger houses because monthly Mortgage payment will be less since the dollar amount will be paid toward interest will be lower. that will make buying power more affordable.

Sellers : It still will impact the sellers since a lot of buyer will get into the market because the interest rate drops so the demand on the housing market will be higher. That will drive faster sales and drives prices to go up and up …..

So it’s good for buyers and sellers buyers will be willing to buy more and sellers will be willing to sell because of the higher prices so it’s a win-win scenario for both sides ….

For buyers it’s important to move fast don’t wait too long till prices go up buy now and make equity in your property, then if interest rate go down dramatically you can refinance with lower interest rate and you already have some equity in your house ….
