Natural caffeine and synthetic caffeine have very similar effects on your body. Synthetic caffeine is found in most sodas and energy drinks. However, natural sources of caffeine are found in plants, thus containing other natural ingredients making it more nutritious for you.

The devil is still in the dose though, so it is important to take your body and tolerance to caffeine into consideration. Or if you have trouble sleeping, try to avoid drinking caffeine before noon.
