With over 200 million in completed real estate transactions and a long list of highly satisfied clients who have become close friends, he brings decades of experience, insight, and integrity to every relationship. Chris’s father owned a business selling industrial diamond cutting and polishing tools on the East Coast. Following that entrepreneurial legacy, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business and went straight into a sales career. Over the next 13 years, he advanced through several sales roles and was eventually placed into the executive management rotation at a Fortune 100 consumer products company. Chris later used that experience to launch an eight-year entrepreneurial venture, where he owned, brokered, and managed three separate shore excursion companies at the largest cruise ship port in the world. Building those businesses also brought one of his few regrets. Due to the demands of work, he had to pause his pursuit of an MBA, even after earning a 4.0 GPA in the six classes he completed. Thomas, USVI, Chris joined The Ritz-Carlton Development Company, introducing luxury real estate to vacationers on St. Thomas and later in Kapalua, Maui. Today, he brings more than 30 years of executive-level sales and marketing experience, 10 years of Ritz-Carlton’s award-winning customer service training, and 20 years of luxury real estate expertise. Chris is known for delivering a highly professional experience, detailed market analysis, and strategic guidance for buyers, sellers, and investors. His analytical mindset, commitment to service, and reputation for exceptional representation set him apart in the Maui real estate market. Outside of work, Chris enjoys long-distance cycling, extreme snow skiing, and kite surfing the big waves on Maui’s North Shore. He and his wife Andrea are excited and thankful to continue his career with Keller Williams as they enter their nineteenth year on Maui.
