790 kilometers in 33 days: new close friends, new fond memories
*final day spent walking with my main crew sharing drinks along the way to make the rainy day more celebratory!*

I am amazed at what my body accomplished. I pushed past some serious pains and doubts, long days of walking and some emotional days of being stuck in my head. I am so happy I did the whole thing, I carried my bag the entire way and did not stray from walking the path. I stayed present with myself and I have gotten to know myself a lot more along this journey. I am proud of myself for sticking with the camino as well as staying 100% true to myself, my journey, my timing and my intentions going in. This has been one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had and it will continue to hold a very special place in my mind. I hope that I am able to keep the mindset I developed along the journey as well as the inner peace that came from simply waking up and walking.

Tomorrow is the day I walk into Santiago 🤯
Only 19.3 kilometers left out of 790 kilometers total!

Right now I am reflecting on the PEOPLE who helped me to keep walking. Walking for so long every day is not always sunshine and rainbows. It is hard and comes with lots of aches, blisters, pain and tears too. I could never have imagined the depth of closeness and friendship that would come with walking together day after day and supporting each other. I have woken up beside, above or below each of them in the albergue bunk rooms, have eaten every single meal with them and repeated that over so many days. It is truly an experience and a closeness that will stick with me. Tomorrow's walk will be a bittersweet one knowing that it is our last day together of walking. Cheers to my camino ride or die crew ❤️❤️

IN THE FINAL STRETCH TO SANTIAGO!!

61.2 miles in 3 days. Some of my favorite walking so far. The views were spectacular and walking through the forest felt magical. I also reached Cruz de Farro which felt quite emotional. IN THE FINAL STRETCH TO SANTIAGO!!
