Below is a complete description of my services and everything that I have to offer. One thing that I am adding that won't be listed on my business cards is Property Management. It has come to my attention that this may be an all in one offer to anyone leaving their summer home for months at a time. I have the details listed with what I would offer for the services, the checklist, and rates separate from my cleaning service.

Home Cleaning Service
Let’s be honest, LIFE can get the best of us. My home cleaning service goes in with my utmost professional respect and attention to detail. Let me come in do the tasks you don’t want to, decluttering and organizing is my motto!
Vacuum all floor surfaces under and around your furniture. Including carpeted stairs, rugs (depending on type).
Sweep and Mop surfaces; including linoleum, hardwood, tile floors, and laminate.
Dust & Sanitize; all surfaces will be dusted and wiped down with safe and non-harmful chemicals. This will help keep your children and animals safe as well as smell FRESH.
Final touch inspections before leaving your home; includes fluffing pillows and cushions, window glass.
Clean entryways, wash walls, clean behind your fridge and stove.
*Prefer to use the owners vacuum for any concerns over allergens, pets, or sanitary purposes. *
Furniture Staging - $100.00/ hour after cleaning.

ABOUT ME:
Three Years Experience in Floor Room Design and a previous Interior Design Consultant. I worked with furniture in all areas of the home, dining, living room, sun rooms, bedrooms and basements. Practiced with organizing large amount of furniture into small or large spaces. Familiar with hanging artwork, photos, and mirrors, and shelves. Invested time building relationships with my clients, followed up to answer any questions or concerns.
OPENING Service & CLOSING Service
Traveling anytime of the year can be hard and time consuming when all you want to do is get into your cabin, and RELAX! The best way for you to do that is to let me prep your cottage or cabin for you! Trust me to take care of all the hard work so you can just come and settle back in!
OPENING
Clean up entry way; leaves off of porch/deck, dust and wipe down debris, cobwebs.
Vacuum; all areas under and around furniture, varied rugs.
Sweep & Mop; all floors including linoleum, tile, hardwood, laminate.
Windows; glass cleaned and window sills wiped down.
Plug in, Clean and Fill your fridge.
Wash linens, make beds.
-CLOSING

Property Management
Don’t worry about your home through the winter! I’ll do a walk through of your cottage/home and send back a reported checklist, take photos of anything that may be concerning, and inform you of anything that your home needs while you are away. This will give you the peace of mind that your property is safe all year round.
Service includes, checking the heat is running, check filters, turn water on and run for 5 minutes, check windows, check the outside for issues, lock up home when complete.

Winter Services: Shovel & Salt sidewalks, entryway and walkway. Call for Pricing
Full communication provided, when I fill out a checklist you will receive an email/text, whichever you prefer, so I may send photos of anything I report needing to be taken care of, or looks like a concern for proof and documentation.
CONSTRUCTION CLEANUP
Inside the site only, will not do outdoor/yard cleanup. Services include:
Vacuum all floor surfaces removing all dust and debris.
Sweep up any excess trash and scrap pieces on floor throughout the build.
Leave a neat and clear walkway for any workers/homeowners checking on the progress of their build.
After the build is complete, come through with a Final clean. All surfaces including windows; clean and sanitized, floors swept and mopped, carpets vacuumed in preparation for the home owner.
Self Made Cleaning Solutions: All Natural
All Purpose Cleaner: 50/50 (12%) Concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide/ Distilled Water. Essential Oils for Scent.
Stain Remover: 20% Baking Soda, 60% (12%) Concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide, 20% Distilled Water & Essential Oil for Scent.
Fresh Scent: 100% Distilled Water & Essential Oils Lemon & Citrus.
HOURLY RATE: Call for Pricing
Over 30 miles outside of Lake City has a travel fee. Price of Fuel x Distance to Location.
