These buyers were referred to me by a friend and live out of state. We started talking in early September, and with a little patience and good timing, we were able to get the property they originally wanted under contract!

Funny enough, we figured out pretty early on that we knew a lot of the same people! Such a small world! I was so happy to finally get to meet them in person during one of their visits.

You’re not supposed to already know all of this stuff. Seriously. If you’re looking at a house and something doesn’t make sense, ASK.

There really isn’t a “dumb” question. Sometimes I’ll know the answer and sometimes we’ll need to ask the lender, inspector, insurance agent, title company, or another professional. Either way, I’ll help you get your questions answered.

Buying a house is a big decision. I’d rather you ask questions than feel like you’re supposed to already know the answers. 🤍
