Selling the house is ONLY half the job. Taking CARE of the client IS the other half. 👇

Some transactions are about a lot more than just buying or selling a house. ❤️🏡

This one was a little different than my usual. My seller was just 7 days from closing and needed to find a rental so he had somewhere to go next.

So we got to work. We found the right place, got everything lined up, and made sure he had a smooth transition from one home to the next.

Because when you work with me, I’m not just here to put a sign in the yard or open doors. I’m here for the whole equation. The moving pieces, the unexpected challenges, the last-minute details, and everything in between.
