Under contract and officially through the due diligence period for another DeBary buyer. One of my favorite parts of real estate is taking an education-first approach, especially for those purchasing their first home. Whether it’s a starter home, a forever home, or the beginning of an investment journey, I believe every buyer deserves to understand the process, and feel confident in the decisions they’re making.
