Our annual Pie Day was a strong success. More than 500 pies from Willamette Pie Company were picked up at the office! We had a full house! It is so great to see all the agents with their clients.

This event highlights the level of care our agents bring to their relationships. Their commitment to staying connected, showing appreciation, and serving their clients well is what makes this tradition meaningful and continues to set our office apart.

Thank you to every agent who participated and to the clients who joined us. We’re grateful for the trust you place in our team and the work you do together all year.

Today’s meeting dropped us straight into our own version of a survival challenge. Agents were “stranded” in a brand-new city with no sphere, no past clients, and ninety days of savings. The only way to stay in the game was to build a real estate plan strong enough to keep them on the island.

Their task: outthink, outwork, and outplan their way to a 90-day real estate strategy.

Teams formed fast. Alliances were made. A few bold moves were played. And by the end, every group had a plan strong enough to stay in the game.

A fun morning with a sharp group that knows how to compete and collaborate at the same time.
