I’m so excited for my Seller!

This beautiful corner lot went under contract this morning to buyers who are ready to build their dream retirement home in one of Anacortes’ special little enclaves of custom homes, surrounded by incredible views of the San Juan Islands and sunsets dramatic enough to make you faint. 🌅

But this one is especially meaningful for my Seller.

Her father purchased this legacy lot more than 20 years ago with dreams of someday building a home here. Sadly, he passed away before that dream could be realized. She held onto the property all these years, thinking that maybe she would fulfill her dad’s dream and build her retirement home here, but life has changed and it feels like the right time to let it go.
