Congratulations to this busy couple who amazingly fit in time between ⚾️coaching, 🇺🇸📝working, and 🚙road trips to buy a house big enough for their giant 📺!

We had one bump along the way with a sale fail due to finding an 😳unbelievable amount of deferred maintenance in a home before we found this unicorn that we instantly snapped up. Add in a few Seller paid repairs, and here we are at closing day. I couldn’t be happier to hand over the keys to this sweet family and their giant tv. 😆
