November Office Meeting is a month dedicated to raising awareness about cancer. This one is extra special too as it is the first staff meeting I have been able to attend in person not on zoom!

凶 One of the ways you can support someone going through this cancer journey is by giving blood! Did you know that cancer patients use more blood than those fighting any other disease.

Another way we can show our support is by wearing pink, a color that symbolizes hope. And supports my friends and many others who are currently fighting breast cancer.

As we approach the end of the year, it's important to reflect on everything we have to be grateful for and to spread kindness wherever we can.

Let's make the most of these last few months and end the year with greatness.

Windows open and the breeze blew all night! We have two wind chimes on our back patio, both representing love ones lost. They were singing to us all night last night. Their joy filled the corners of the house as a reminder of them and the joy family brings!

I woke several times last night to the beauty, smiled and went back to sleep! Our angels are watching over us!

Another round of blood transfusion for me today! Today I am getting 2 more bags of blood, a total of 7. I am thankful for the 7 people who have given the blood that I have received over the course of my treatment so that I can live!

Again I plead if you want do something to honor someone going through this fight, give blood!

Eventualverbindlichkeit: Eine Bestimmung in einem Vertrag, die die Erfüllung erfordert oder dass ein bestimmtes Ereignis eintritt, bevor ein Vertrag bindend wird.

Verkäufer möchten so wenig Eventualverbindlichkeiten wie möglich. Aus diesem Grund werden Sie von vielen Menschen sagen hören, dass sie ein Barangebot wünschen. Nun ja, nicht jeder hat das nötige Geld. Hier sind einige Eventualverbindlichkeiten aufgeführt, die im Kaufvertrag enthalten sind.

INSPEKTION Notfall: In der Regel sind 7–10 Tage Standard

Finanzierungsvoraussetzung: Der Vertrag ist davon abhängig, dass der Käufer eine Finanzierung erhält.

BEWERTUNG Eventualverbindlichkeit: Die Immobilie muss für die Bewertung bewertet werden

I recently watched a motivational speech from Eric Thomas titled, How Bad you Want it?

He talks of a young man who wanted to make a lot of money and went to a guru to find out how to get to his level. The man told him to meet him at the beach at 4 am and he would tell him. To which the young man commented, I want to make money not go for a swim. The young man arrived to the beach in a business suit, not a bathing suit. That morning the guru instructed the young man, if you want to be successful, walk out into the water. Deeper, Deeper still, until he was under water and could barely touch. Held him down, under the water. He brought him up, he said when you were under water, what did you want to do? His answer, breathe! To which the man replied.

"When you want to succeed as much as you want to breathe, then you will be successful" - Eric Thomas

Let that sink in, when you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe only then will you be successful!

REMINDER: It's okay to stop your agent and ask 'Wait... What does that mean?'

That's what we're here for! Here's a few vocabulary words you'll here around your real estate agent when selling your home:

- Comps: Short for "comparable sales." Comps are recently sold homes similar to yours in location, size, condition, and features. You and your agent will use comps to help price your home.

- Staging: The process of making your home appealing to the masses by decluttering, rearranging furniture, or bringing in different furniture and decor. You can stage your home yourself or hire a professional stager.

- Contingent: A word meaning "dependent on." In real estate, it means the seller has accepted an offer, but some additional conditions must be met. The most common contingencies include inspection, financing, appraisal, title, and home sale.

- Earnest money: The money a buyer puts down when they are

serious about purchasing your home. The higher the earnest money, typically, the greater the interest.

- Escrow: A third-party account that holds funds like earnest money, property taxes, and insurance during a real estate transaction.

- Home warranty: A service contract often provided by sellers that covers the repair of major appliances and systems during the first year after a home sale.
