After nearly seven years of building Swan City Title Company, I’m so excited to announce the next chapter.
Swan City Title is joining forces with Legacy Settlement Services, and I’ll be stepping into the role of Director of Business Development for Central Florida, serving the Lakeland, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Tarpon Springs markets.
What makes this transition even more special is who I’m doing it with.
Years ago, Andrea Castelli became Swan City’s very first employee. Since then, she has grown into one of the most talented, hardworking, and trusted professionals I’ve ever had the privilege of working alongside. Joining us is her incredible business partner and best friend, Erica Waldron, whose passion for client service and relationship-building makes her the perfect complement to our team.
Together, the three of us are creating something special: The Closing Club.
A collaboration built on friendship, trust, experience, communication, and a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional closing experience for every client and referral partner we serve.
While the name on the door may be changing, the people, relationships, and service you’ve come to know and trust are only getting stronger.
