Congrats to my seller. What a journey, learned a lot this past year, tenant rights, landlord rights, squatter rights...

My client had his kindness taken advantage of for 10+ years and after a year long legal process we finally got the squatters removed, got the placed cleaned up and went into mutual within the month without having to go back to the market.
