Please join us in welcoming Michael Ward to Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group as our newest Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Mike is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware and brings five years of commercial appraisal experience to our team.

Throughout his career, Mike has appraised a wide range of property types and has carved out a niche in appraising conservation easements. His technical skillset, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work align closely with our firm’s mission and client-focused approach.
