Bathroom repairs are coming along nicely! Subfloor repaired, new LVP floor is in, vanity and ADA compliant toilet are set, shower frame repaired and ready for tile and a new glass door! Going to finish trim, throw in a couple ADA grab bars for good measure and then call it a day.

First impressions mean a lot. This home is much better positioned to sell with a brand new entry staircase, rear landing and repaired siding. The only thing stronger than these stairs was the installer’s attention to detail. Rounded and sanded handrails feel great compared to raw, splintered lumber. Great job Frankie!

You know, we started Finishing Touch Home Services LLC to help folks get their homes ready to list by handling all the last minute odds and ends….but every now and then we’re asked to step out of that comfort zone and help someone in need. We were referred to a client about 2 weeks ago who was facing a sinking/collapsing sunroom! It had moved so much that the windows and doors were no longer opening properly. They were not selling, they simply needed help. Within 2 weeks we had them taken care of, much to the owners relief. Big thanks to Shak and David at Legacy Roofing! I look forward to working together again.

Got surprised this morning at our weekly BNI Lancaster I Chapter meeting with my yellow gift!!! Woo-woo! All those 1-2-1’s, referrals and 7:30am Friday meetings 😴 paid off. Stevie Lix can’t wait to get her paws on the delicious Sweet Chaos popcorn! Thanks all, pretty awesome to be recognized.
