Big milestone reached today — the finalized blueprints are officially DONE for my very first fully custom home development project. 🏡🔥

This will be a 3 bedroom • 2.5 bathroom • 2-story single family home designed completely from scratch by Myself and my TEAM. Every detail, layout decision, and vision was carefully thought through to create something truly unique.

What makes this project even more exciting is that I’ll be fully managing the entire development process myself while working side-by-side with a licensed contractor throughout the build. This is a huge step and something I’ve put a lot of time, planning, and passion into.

Excited to finally bring this vision to life and share the journey from blueprint to reality. Stay tuned — 🔨🏠
