Westerhoff Renovations/ Quality Renovation and Property Management We are family owned and operated business. Our specialties are rehabbing houses from top to bottom to sell or rent. We also property manage.

Quality Renovation and Property Management is a company that lives and works locally in South Suburbs of Chicago. For the past 13 years, we have been buying, selling, and renting our own properties. Kevin has been branching out and working for other landlords and home owners doing repairs and renovations for them. This has been strictly by referral only. He would now like to offer his services to

the public. We can help you with any kind of project. If you would like to get into rentals and don't know where to start, Kevin will help you with house purchase suggestions, renovations of the house, and/ or property management expertise. Does you personal home need an exterior face lift? Kevin can help with new windows, doors, siding, roofing, soffits, fascia, or custom aluminum work. Maybe you need a new furnace or air condition unit, hot water heater, plumbing, or electrical. We also can help with design work. We can help with design decisions, new flooring, cabinets, paint, tile, and more. The possibilities are endless that we can help you with.
