A big thank you to the local vendors who help make our Whitetail Roundup gifts possible! 🤠

One of my favorite parts of the Whitetail Roundup is filling our appreciation baskets with goods from local businesses. If we’re going to thank the people who support my business, it only makes sense to do it by supporting other hardworking people in our community, too.

A huge shoutout to Elyse Logan with Wild Bunch Trading Post Farm Stand — such a great one-stop shop for all things local! Visit them in West Laramie! You’d never be disappointed. Thankyou to 307 Meat Company for helping us load these baskets up with Wyoming-made goodness and Broken Bandit Rescue for making the jellies that are going into our charcuterie baskets.

Local gifts. Local businesses. Local people supporting local people. That’s what the Roundup is all about.

It’s a Whitetail Roundup!!! 🤠

We’re doing our quarterly wrap-up, and man… there were a lot of good people who helped me get across the finish line on these transactions.

From appraisers and lenders to inspectors, photographers, title teams, other agents, and even the folks who showed up with haul-away dumpsters, —there are a whole lot of people behind the scenes who help get a deal done.

That’s why I started the Whitetail Roundup. After every closing, I send a thank-you to every single person who played a part in that transaction. No matter how big or small their role was, good people deserve to be appreciated.

And because I believe in supporting the communities that support me, I fill each Roundup basket with local goods from Wyoming businesses whenever I can.

Good people make good deals happen.

Big closing in Goshen County today!

It’s pretty cool when a deal like this comes together so easily because you’ve got good people on all sides working toward the same goal. Good communication, a few handshakes, and everyone doing their part to get it across the finish line.

Really appreciate everyone involved in this one. This is the kind of deal that reminds me why I enjoy doing business in Wyoming.

PENDING | 800 Acres in Goshen County, Wyoming

There’s something especially rewarding about putting a large piece of Wyoming ground under contract right here in Goshen County.

We’ve officially gone pending on 800 acres, and we’ve also secured a strong appraisal to help keep the transaction moving in the right direction.

Farm and ranch deals have a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes. Knowing the land, understanding the local market, and doing the work to support the value all matter when it comes time to get a deal across the finish line.
