My Aunt was the best teacher I have ever had, and thanks to her guidance and expertise, I have successfully handled over 50 transactions since the start of my career. When my Aunt Retired in June 2022, I successfully ran the brokerage myself for a bit before joining Keller Williams in November 2023. It might seem backwards to go from running a brokerage to joining KW, but as a new agent, I craved more training opportunities, more insight on how other agents and bigger brokerages work to deliver more to their clients, and more agent to agent camaraderie and support, all of which I have found in excess at KW. My favorite part of being a Realtor is helping to make a property shine as brightly as possible by advising my selling clients on:
→ What repairs or updates they should do for the most ROI,
→ How to stage their home, whether it be DIY staging, virtual staging, or hiring a professional stager,
→ and cleaning/decluttering before professional photos and showings take place to really help a potential buyer visualize themselves in the home.
