Customer called saying there was leak and an unpleasant smell coming from underneath the toilet. Turns out that small leak had been throwing maggot pool parties under this throne for a while. Pulled the toilet, replaced the fl**ge, double wax-ringed it, reset everything properly, and took the kids to the pool to test it, make sure there were no more leaks. Finished it off with a crispy caulking job. Cleaned it all up just in time for happy hour

Looking for some help with a project!

I need to move and/or dismantle an old railroad boxcar located on private property. If anyone has experience with this type of work, or knows someone who does, please give me a call or shoot me a message.

I’m looking for access to or recommendations for

Lowboy trailer
Skid steer or heavy equipment
Oxy-acetylene torch setup
Plasma cutter
Anyone experienced with moving or cutting up railroad cars

No job too big or small. Cleaned up and installed another evaporative cooler this morning, chain & anchored, fresh pads, fresh coat of paint to protect against rust for another year, ran the supply line and fed the dogs right before this NM heat really kicks in. (For those who don’t understand common visual illusions with high-speed rotation. No, the tension belt doesn’t need adjustment, and the spool appearing to be rotating in reverse is called the wagon wheel effect, NOT actually spinning in reverse🤦🏽‍♂️) we complete any and every job by the Golden Rule.
