The market has been cooling off a bit in recent weeks as more homes are available and demand is less. We’re seeing prices move lower as a result.

Expect this trend to continue!

Things to consider 💡
🔸Builders will be offering incentives for buyers
🔹Before listing make sure your house is clean, painted and staged.
🔸Motivated sellers will start to present themselves more often
🔹Sellers will seek the sharpest agents with quality marketing & presentations
