Imagine you go car shopping, you test drive 20 Ferrari for months and thought you’d be able to afford 20 of them but later find out you can only afford 0.2 of a Ferrari 🤪 If you don’t know how to start, let me help connect you with trusted and experienced lenders!

2️⃣ Decide how much down payments you’re comfortable with putting down. Buyers typically put down between 5% and 20% of the purchase price but this can be as little as 3%.

PMI= Private Mortgage Insurance Buyers putting down less than 20% are required to pay PMI monthly until they build up 20% equity in their home.

Home inspections give you the opportunity to have the home thoroughly examined by a professional before you spend any of your hard-earned money buying it.
