Aper, if you’re thinking about Las Vegas, don’t just ask me about houses. Ask me where we’re eating afterward.

Esplanade at Red Rock Might Be One of Summerlin’s Most Unique New Communities 🏡

After touring Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade at Red Rock, one thing stood out to me. This community isn’t just focused on building beautiful homes. It’s focused on creating a lifestyle.

The clubhouse is unlike many I’ve toured in Las Vegas, featuring a fitness center, movement studio, sauna, cold plunge, treatment rooms, longevity lounge, concierge services, a restaurant and bar, outdoor dining, pickleball, billiards, and a full calendar of social events. One of the biggest surprises during my tour of Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade at Red Rock was the elevation. Some premium homesites sit above the surrounding landscape with an approximate 30-foot drop behind the property, creating the potential for incredible mountain and valley views. On select lots, that also means there may be no immediate rear neighbor directly behind the home, creating a much more open backyard experience. Views vary by homesite and should always be verified before purchasing.
