I was sweating in places that I didnโt know I could sweat in!!
Itโs 5:36 am, 87 degrees and the temperature is climbing. Iโm 2 miles deep. The trail is ever-changing, a landscape of sandstone, jagged rocks, and cacti. As I work my way through wind-worn rock formations, the air is dusty and dry, my mouth feels gritty. As I wipe the sweat from my face, I know what it means to be โAll in!โ. Being in real estate is just like mountain biking. You have to be all in even when your leads dry up and or you have to dust off old leads.
In mountain biking, you have to take time to rehydrate so that youโre ready for the next path, and as an agent, if youโre not ready for the next path, or take the time to rehydrate, youโll wipe out. We call that in real estate drying up, but most agents just donโt know that they have really wiped out.
Do you need to rehydrate your leads before you wipe out?
My friends and family can tell you that my professional life is all about helping agents rehydrate their leads. I love helping others elevate their marketing efforts and seeing them achieve more success then they have ever seen when they are all in!
