I wanted to congratulate another client of mine who I had the pleasure to work with helping her sell her house, and then buy a brand new home in Summerlin. A little after Memorial Day we sat down to discuss listing her house. She explained she was ready to downsize and move into a 55 and older community. We were able to get her house sold, which closed on July 25. We found her a beautiful new build house in Heritage at Stonebridge in Summerlin, that she purchased for $499,683. This Lennar community was offering a 4.625% interest rate, so she was able to take the equity from the house she sold and put it all into the new build home to give her a very low monthly mortgage. I couldn't be happier for my client that everything worked out smoothly and thank you for your trust in me. Cheers!

Congratulations to my client, and family member, who closed on a condo back on July 3. A few months ago, he approached me saying he was sick of throwing away money paying rent in an apartment that kept increasing in price every year. He wanted to find a one bedroom condo for himself that he could own and start building equity in, rather than paying that money towards rent every month. We were able to find the condo that fit his needs and we obtained $10,000 in seller concessions to help buy his interest rate down to make his monthly mortgage the same payment he was paying at his apartment complex.

Beautiful, single story home located in Southwest part of Las Vegas. Located off the 215 in between Tropicana and Russell. 9 foot ceilings and very well maintained. The house is only nine years old and has had one owner living in it who has kept it spotless. There is a peach tree and apricot tree in the backyard to go along with a covered patio. Congratulations to my client for getting her beautiful home sold at a price she was thrilled about. When we first met, her goal was to downsize and sell her house so she could move into the highly sought after retirement community of Sun City Summerlin. We were able to do this and I'm so excited for her.

Congratulations to my clients! I started working with them at the beginning of 2024. They wanted to find another home that was closer to their work. We immediately found a new build home for them that they loved and it checked off what they were looking for. So we put their house on the market and had a contingency to get under contract by the end of February so they could close on their new home. We were originally told the new build would be ready around March, or possibly April at the latest. We closed on the house on March 1st. The new build community was not able to get NV Energy to power the neighborhood until this last week which caused a lot of stress for my clients. Thankfully, I was able to work with the other agent and his new buyers allowed my clients to stay in their home and rent it out at fair market value for March, April, May, and June. This way they didn't have to find a month to month rental or move twice. Thank you for putting your trust in me to get your house sold and to help you find your next dream home, cheers!

I haven't done a great job about posting on social media lately in regards to my real estate business. I wanted to take the time to congratulate my clients I've been working with for a couple months. We were able to get their home sold in Heritage at Stonebridge after only owning it for three months. After buying this beautiful, former model home, they realized they wanted to be a little further west in the coveted Reverence neighborhood. We received a cash deal and they were able to make some money on this deal even after paying off the closing costs. It was a pleasure working with them and I'm stoked that they were able to get into their dream home on the west side of town!
