One question I get asked a lot:

"Why don't you charge broker or transaction fees?"

The answer is simple.

I've intentionally built my business around relationships, not volume.

I'm not trying to juggle hundreds of internet leads, chase clicks, or squeeze every possible fee out of every transaction.

I prefer working with good people who value communication, trust, and having an experienced professional in their corner.

I'd rather serve a smaller number of clients exceptionally well than treat people like just another file in a pile.

Buying or selling a home is already expensive enough. If I can save my clients a few hundred dollars at closing by eliminating unnecessary fees, that's money I'd rather see stay in their pocket.

My business has never been about doing the most transactions.

It's about doing the right transactions with the right people.

Less noise. More relationships.

And truthfully... that's made this career a whole lot more rewarding.
