This has been sitting in my drafts for no particular reason. 😅

Still so happy for my seller clients on the successful sale of their home!

As a military family with upcoming PCS orders, we decided to list their home early. Selling before a PCS comes with its own set of challenges, but having a strategy from the beginning made all the difference.

There were plenty of opinions about what the home should be listed for, but we trusted the data. After reviewing the comparable sales and current market conditions, we priced it strategically. They received multiple offers, and even after going back on the market, we stayed the course.

There’s something extra special about helping first-time homebuyers reach the finish line. 🏡✨

I’m so excited for these two as they closed on their first home! Watching them plan, prepare, and find the right place to call their own has been such a fun part of the journey.
