Talk about Divine Intervention and Timing to help out a single mom of 6 kids working 2 jobs to pay the rent.

An agent at my brokerage posted the story in our FB page about this single mom and asking if we knew anyone giving away furnitures and I was bummed as we cleared out the ones at my listing just a few days ago.

My Cali clients was supposed to be in town yesterday around 1 pm to see the house we made an offer the day before. They were late due to traffic and unable to mee till late in the afternoon.

When we finally got to the property after 5pm, the seller’s wife was there cleaning out. We got into a conversation. I asked her what she was going to do with the furnitures in the home. She said that she was going to drop it off to Goodwill…😀

I mentioned the post I saw and she said that she is willing to give it away to the mom in need.

I didn’t really know the agent who posted it but I messaged her and connected her with the seller’s wife.

The seller’s wife contacted other people from her church to see if they have other furnitures available to give away.

The ladies dropped off many furnitures today and some other supplies to help the family.

There are no coincidences at all.

We are all here to help one another navigate through life together. No one needs to be alone in their time of need. Someone is always willing to help.

Anyone has twin beds to give away…🙏
