Last week I made a decision that was bittersweet.
After 13 1/2 years with Keller Williams Realty, I have decided to make a move to another brokerage. This post isn't about where I'm going.
This post is to share my gratitude to my KW Family!
It started in 2011 when I walked into KW in Paso Robles. My 1st KW family was filled with amazing people. My TL Chuck Hill was the best. He truly supported my growth and introduced me to the KW value proposition, which I still believe is the best value in the business. He even supported my own TL search that lead me to Las Vegas.
In April of 2014 I was fortunate enough to meet and get into business with Teri Brenkus! She developed me as a leader and is my real estate role model. I've been at The Marketplace in Summerlin for 10+ years. It's been an honor to serve as TL, ALC member, and real estate agent. Thank you to my TL Shaun Marion. You have led this office for 7+ years and I appreciate all the opportunities you have helped me achieve. I look forwarding to see all the growth The Marketplace is creating.
Keller Williams Realty is different by design and it has been a vehicle to all my business and personal growth. Honestly, the personal growth is what I will cherish the most. If you know me you know that I LOVE BOLD and it has been a gift to graduate this amazing course 16 times. Thank you Dianna Kokoszka for creating the original and best version of BOLD!
From Teri and Rick to Gary Keller and Mo Anderson KW has the best leaders in real estate.
I've met some amazing people during this journey and KW has helped me create a better version of myself and I will miss being a part of The Marketplace and Keller Williams Realty.
