Moving forward in my career, here are some of the Real Estate transactions I have been involved in recently.
1. Listed and closed a condominium for my friend Dan S.
2. Found a rental for my son, daughter and son in law.
3. Placed a flooring company in a warehouse lease.
4. Listed a 5 acre parcel with well, septic and house in Sandy Valley
that closed quickly.
5. Listed and sold 3 building lots in Alamo NV.
6. Listed and sold a 25 acre parcel in Lincoln County.
7. Partnered with an agent to find a retail lease at Town Square for
Ole Churro's, a specialty dessert concept that is new to LV.
8. Under contract for a medical transportation services company
leasing a warehouse space near the speedway.
9. Placed an insurance broker in 2 separate spaces in an executive
office building.
10. Performed 10 property management move in and move out
inspections.
11. Under contract with a residential listing in probate court that
will be closing soon after the final hearing is held.
I'm currently searching for office space for 2 insurance brokers.
I'm looking for space to put a franchise doggy daycare type of
business in.
