I have seen that prices are going up tremendously.
I sold a home in Tuscany which was 3022 sq ft and it sold at $82 sq ft. The home next door which was 2682 sq ft just sold last month for $87 sq ft. There are two other homes in that vicinity, that are going for $146 sq ft (2400 sq ft) and another one which is 4000 sq ft is going for $102 sq ft.
I heard that Wall Street Journal today stated it was the best recovery in the Mkt. in 16 years.
So anyone looking to sell, this is 'your" market and your chance to maybe get out from under a home that is underwater.

I'm going to start a new Real Estate Strategy. The Market is taking a turn for the best, but the bidding wars or on. It is hard to get a home for most of my clients. Sad but true!

Congress is considering raising the costs of mortgage loans issued by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA to pay for extending the payroll tax break. REALTORS® and everyone have to mobilize and tell Congress to reject measures that hurt housing. We want to populate Washington, D.C. like never before. We want to tell lawmakers that we're concerned about America's home owners, 75 million strong. We want a recovery that's durable and a healthy economy.
