Starr Vegas Development has unveiled plans for a proposed $10 billion sports and entertainment district that would include:
50,000-seat soccer stadium
• 25,000-seat arena (NBA, WNBA & NHL-ready)
• 1,000-person rooftop dome with broadcast integration
• Boxing museum, comedy club & Broadway-style entertainment
• Casino, hotels, housing, retail & office space
• A proprietary ticketing platform called “Starr Tickets”
The developer says it has already secured $6 billion in non-public funding, though the project would still require approvals before construction could begin.
If completed, it would be one of the largest mixed-use sports and entertainment developments ever proposed in the United States.
