Tropicana, 1976.

The hotel had recently sold and leased-back the famed Folies Bergère production to an outside group headed by Joe Agosto. It was an apparent attempt to shield Agosto and hidden mob owners from oversight by the Gaming Control Board who believed Agosto was secretly running the casino and overseeing a skimming operating. Long story short, they were right.
