This family was such a joy to help! I absolutely adore the Montanas and I can’t wait to invite myself to all the family events 😂

Backstory: These ladies were referred to me in Feb and even though they had just signed a 2 year lease they knew the importance of buying a home asap to start building long term wealth for their family. The market out here has been hot 🔥 for a while with little inventory and prices constantly rising- if they didn’t lock in soon it would only get more difficult in the future.

Buying a home can feel like being on a rollercoaster with highs and lows. There were a couple hiccups in the beginning that could’ve made them want to get off the ride, but they trusted the process and trusted that the right home was out there for them 🙌

And boy was it! A great townhome came back on the market and they were able to get it for $10,000 off list price, over $12,000 in closing costs and all appliances included! To say I’m happy for them would be an understatement 🎉

This was the first closing in over 7 years that I missed (if you work with me you know I attend EVERY single appt with clients) They were so understanding about it and we were able to celebrate when I got back from my work conference! 🎉

“Describe your perfect date” For this incredible client, April 25th was her perfect date as she officially closed on her FIRST home! 🔑👏🎉

Backstory: Alanna reached out to me in March looking to purchase. We went through her list of wants and her comfort level on price point. It’s a tough market with prices rising and inventory low which meant she would probably have to sacrifice some items on her list. Showings got booked and we started the hunt. When we pulled into the builder lot she told me she had been watching this particular community for OVER a year but knew it was more than she could afford and thought she would NEVER be able to own in there (she was probably wondered why I even brought her here haha!) She said owning in there would be her “dream home” her “Porsche” ....Well if you know me, you know I will do anything I can to make magic happen for my clients ✨

This sweet client and her family got referred to me a few months ago. They were on a time crunch so we hit the ground running! They really preferred a 4 bedroom, but understood that with limited inventory that might not happen. I was determined to find them what they wanted so I got creative with the limited options and thought outside the box. Guess what....we found a 4 bedroom that they love!
