Always super exciting moment to give keys 🔑 🔑 !!

Excited for my awesome clients on their first home/investment property!!! We won this beating multiple offers without going to a bidding war and pricing it right, also not having to pay above appraisal! Rents becoming crazy and for many of my recent clients they find it’s cheaper to own in this market.

The only way to know what the market really is like is to play in it. Until then it’s just speculation.

Closed fast and didn’t need to waive any appraisals.

Giving keys just gives you the warmest fuzzy feeling.
