We have many services that you can use to make manage your property easier and profitable. Most owners chose one of the three standard packages we offer which are:
1. Leasing Service Only
We will find the Resident, screen them and sign the lease and the walk through, We pay for all advertising and the CO-OP to the Real estate agent that find the resident.. General Cost is $800 or the first month's rent whichever is greater. a $0-250 Set up depending on location and personal property in the home.
2. Leasing with income Accounting
We find the renter, screen them and sign the lease due the walk through pay for advertising collect the rent, and do the IRS compliance for you. General cost $400 to lease the property (you set the MLS referral fee). $0-250 Set up deepening on location and personal property in the home and 3-5% management fee.
3. Full service
We find the renter, screen them, sign the lease, due the walk through ,pay for advertising, collect rents, IRS compliance, up to four inspections per year, take maintenance phone calls, order maintenance, handle resident concerns, H.O.A complaints, and much more, this is the worry free package you can sleep knowing that your property is being taken care of. General cost $300 to lease the property (you set the MLS referral fee) $0-250 Set up deepening on location and personal property in the home and 8-10% management fee.
