In ancient Celtic traditions, particularly in Ireland and Scotland, people carved grotesque faces into turnips, beets, or potatoes and placed them in windows or near doors to frighten away evil spirits, especially one called Stingy Jack - a folkloric figure who tricked the devil and was cursed to wander the Earth with only a carved-out turnip lantern.

When Irish immigrants brought this tradition to America,
they discovered that pumpkins, native to the continent,
were much larger and easier to carve.

The Swamp was warm and muggy like breathing the vapors off hot wet dirty blankets and smelled like old people hanging onto their last few days of life. Although the area was dark, there was enough sunlight peeking through the oak and cypress trees covered in long thick bundles of hanging moss, to follow the path of sorts that lay ahead.
He continued on his quest for days with only a few normal swamp encounters such as when he walked into the shroomvapur, an area where strange proboscis protruding from layers of dead leaves formed a carpet of mailable mush, that was the ground. As Canton stepped down upon the field of gelatinous tera, a cloud of mist pushed up and out of the footage forming a density around his boots that he knew would not be a good thing to breathe. He stepped back a few moments in time and avoided the area. Had he not, he would have entered into a hallucinogenic experience that could last for many years. The demise of many an unsuspecting questor.
Eventually, he came upon a small camp built on stilts climbing upwards from the dismal swamp water. The water looked more like hot chocolate with rotting marshmallows and cinnamon sticks floating about than a lake. This stagnant and corrupted water made up the majority of swamp landscape, but in this area of the swamp, this camp as it were, there were huts. Huts, which seemed to balance upon these stilts made of dead trees stripped down to mere twisted poles. The whole scene had a very surreal and esoteric look of mysterious interest. It was there that he met Sxanna, sister to Sebrina, the literal queen of the Shandoo Witches, who dwelled throughout the swamp. The Shandoo were separated by geographical covens, one here in the swamp. But no matter which coven you encountered, you should avoid them at all costs.

PLEASE help TTE bring Tales From HWY 420 to St. Louis, MO, to be part of the grand opening of a brand new 420 Friendly Event Center on the riverwalk there.

TTE was invited at the last minute to go to the recent Super Bowl event at Consumption Park Arizona. We were told that it was in conjunction with the Super Bowl game and that they were expecting no less than 30,000 to 100,000 people there.

We begged, borrowed, and made arrangements with a friend to pay the thousands of dollars it took to create product and go to the event.

Once there, we met with the promoters and entertainers of the event, only to discover it was basically a cannabis sponsored rally for a new political party, the Universal Empowerment Party, and the woman who sold us the spot was not part of the sales team. You get the picture??!! BURN!

Well, even though, TTE, at this junction in time, subscribes to the UEP’s political agenda in regards to reformation of ma*****na laws and giving back the rights to those who have been arrested for and to release those still incarcerated on ma*****na charges, we lost our asses at the event. Sure, lots of free w**d and met some decent people, but the entire event, drew in maybe 300 people, including those who work there. Far less, then was needed to pay back the thousands of dollars it took to get there.

Be that as it may, we have a plethora of Tales From HWY 420 black hoodies, and T-shirts from that event. And may I state, TTE was the only vendor who created anything to commemorate the event, the historically first of its kind event. And we’ve got the hoodies and t-shirts.

The upcoming event at the new venue in St. Louis, will also be the first of its kind, the grand opening of the first permanent venue that’s 420 friendly in the country. Surely not the same outcome as what happened in AZ and if TTE can get there…

Having the opportunity to be a groundbreaking vendor and be at every event that happens in this new venue will allow TTE to finally be able to reach out and help more people in need and Tales From HWY 420 to be a recognized brand bringing greater awareness to the 420 culture’s truths, mindsets, and art.

TTE may also be able to make Tales From HWY 420 part of the official shirts worn by venue employees.

I asked for help:
for every $20 donated, TTE will give a Consumption Park T-Shirt.
For every $30 donated, a Consumption Park Hoodie.
If you’d like one of each, $40 will get a T and Hoodie.

Sponsorships are also possible for a select someone who sees the future in this and wants to take a more active part. Contact for more on this.

The money from these donations will go to help recover SOME of the losses incurred at the AZ event and mostly will go to sponsoring the establishment of a Tales From HWY 420 store at this new venue.
