Over the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in a variety of volunteer roles with the Billings Association of REALTORS®. Most recently, I’ve been serving on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, working alongside fellow REALTORS® to help uphold our Code of Ethics and the professionalism our members and the public expect.

I’m excited for the opportunity to continue serving our membership as a candidate for State Director.

Let’s help out our local High School Baseball program! Would love to see this program continue in our schools. ⚾️

We are so excited to partner with our friends at Bar MT and Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools to help the future of high school baseball in Billings and give you the chance to go to the BananaBall game at Dehler Park on August 22! 🍌⚾️

Before assuming financial responsibility for baseball for the three Billings AA High Schools, Billings Public Schools needed funds to be raised for the first three seasons of play. This being their third season, baseball is at risk if not enough funds are raised! As of right now, they need another $20,000. This is where you come in!

Buying or selling a home isn’t just about signing paperwork, it’s about having someone who keeps you informed every step of the way.

• How quickly do you typically respond to calls or texts?

Offer accepted!

Most people think the hard part is getting an offer. In reality, that’s just one milestone in the home selling process.

From here, the buyer’s earnest money is deposited, inspections are completed, financing and appraisal move forward, title work begins and there’s plenty of coordination behind the scenes - all before closing day.

Congratulations to my sellers! Now we keep things moving toward the closing table.
