Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join the VBRG, LLC team. This is a full-time, remote position. You will work directly with clients through every phase of buying, selling, and leasing real estate. Responsibilities include:

* Assisting clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals
* Conducting market research and preparing comparative analyses
* Marketing listings through MLS and online platforms
* Negotiating contracts and guiding clients through the transaction process
* Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Managing your schedule independently while meeting performance goals

Qualifications

* Active Texas Real Estate License or willing to get licensed.
* Prior real estate experience strongly preferred
* Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of real property, contracts, and local market trends
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage multiple clients
* Experience in property management, investments, or specialized designations (e.g., MRP) is a plus
