& we’re moving right along!

6 full weeks of demo and reconstructing-
We removed a 1/2 bath to extend the laundry room and add a pantry, opened up both remaining bathrooms and added a 4th bedroom! We tore out the massive outdated fire place ledge to draw your eyes instead to the 6 foot marble waterfall edge island being built😱 I CANT WAIT for everyone to see it, if I don’t fall over dead 😵🪦

Next up- primer, paint, building out cabinets & custom closets…. Then my absolute favorite part… SURFACES!!!!! ❤️

【D】【E】【M】【O】.
We are taking out this 1/2 bathroom and adding the space to the existing (TINY) laundry room across from it. There’s already 2 bathrooms and this toilet room would be utilized SO much more as a space for laundry. Big house- big family- BIG loads of laundry. 😬

We also took out the coat closet. We sacrificed the space for aesthetics and thankfully there are large closets in the bedroom to offset losing a little closet. Opening the front door straight into another door just made no sense and took so much away from the beautiful open concept.

So much more demo to do before new walls are constructed and things are pieces back together, but it’s exciting stuff💃🏻
