In February 1997, I received my real estate license.

This year marks 29 years in the business.

I've worked through booming markets, declining markets, high interest rates, low interest rates, recessions, industry changes, and more predictions than I can count about how real estate would never be the same.

One lesson stands out:

Success in real estate isn't about timing the market. It's about showing up when the market gets hard.

It's about answering the phone when clients are worried, adapting when things change, and telling people what they need to hearโ€”not just what they want to hear.
