The last few days have been incredibly inspiring. 💙

We’ve had the opportunity to spend time with our fellow PCS Pay It Forward Ambassadors, a community of military spouses and veterans who also happen to be real estate professionals. What makes this group special goes far beyond real estate.

Together, this program has served and supported more than 140,000 military families through one of the most stressful parts of military life: PCS season.

Our Ambassadors help incoming and outgoing military families with on-post housing, rentals, home buying and selling, school guides, jobs, community events, local resources, and connections that can make a new duty station feel a little less unfamiliar.

Most importantly, it isn’t one-size-fits-all. Each family can receive a personalized PCS plan designed around their needs, timeline, priorities, and next duty station so they can make the decisions that are best for their family.

As a military family ourselves, we know how much it matters to have someone at your next duty station who understands what you’re going through and is ready to help before you ever arrive.
