We are looking for Seasonsal PT/FT employees to add to our Cleaning Team from Thanksgiving to mid January 2022. We have positions open 7 days a week and are a local family-run vacation rental business. We strive to provide an organized, safe work environment. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided. No previous cleaning experience required. Permanent positions may be available.
Requirements:
-Must have a reliable, all-weather vehicle (4 wheel/all-wheel drive) to get from property to property
-Must have a working smartphone to access the scheduling app and receive schedule notifications
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Attention to detail and the ability to care about the guest experience is critical
-Ability to work efficiently with others as well as independently
Preferred Skills:
-Previous commercial/residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
-Positive attitude, able to adapt, assess and resolve issues
-Ability to work independently
Physical Qualifications:
This job requires the ability to lift and carry large linen bags (towels, sheets, etc.), or up to 40 lbs., between Love Leavenworth office and your car, as well as to and from your car and the properties being cleaned
Must be able to move freely in the following ways:
-Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching
-Repetitive movement of hands, arms, and legs for sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
Job Specifics:
-Hours vary week by week, especially during our busy festival seasons.
-Interior cleaning of the entire property after guests check out. This includes, but is not limited to, changing of linens, appliances, bathrooms, deck and patio areas, BBQs, etc.
-Driving personal vehicle within a 25-mile range from Home Base (this includes the Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee, and Plain areas) to visit various properties for cleaning and stocking tasks (drive time is included as part of the cleaning task between Love Leavenworth office and properties being cleaned)
-Communication with other departments and employees
-Working and coordinating with other cleaners when scheduled for shared cleaning tasks
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Salary: Starting at an hourly rate of $19 DOE with mileage reimbursement and seasonal bonuses.
Additionally: All permanent cleaning staff are eligible for consideration of advancement to lead and supervisor positions after 90 days of employment when positions become available. Generally, Love Leavenworth fills these positions with existing employees and includes pay raises.
